About Me
Let’s see what you need to know. I’m 20, a junior, and an anthropology major. I’m making this site for Writing Through Media at the University of Florida. I’d like to be a forensic scientist. I’m from Ocala and I am the youngest of three girls.
As for more interesting facts about me, I love sports and music of all types. I really like to dabble in different genres of movies and music, except country (I’ve tried to like it, and failed miserably).
I love to travel, and read, and learn about new places and new ideas. I think a lot, sometimes too much. There are times when I speak up and there are times when I feel like being quiet and observing. As I have gotten older, I have noticed the stark contrast in my personality. I am reticent, yet outgoing, brash yet humble, sensitive yet thick-skinned. I like the differences I think it keeps me interested. My brain is probably my best quality. Above all else I value reason the most, but I have no problem with letting that go every now and again and just letting things be.
This web site is an experiment using the practices proposed in Internet Inventions by Gregory Ulmer. In the categries tab (labeled limbic), can be found a label for Project 3. This will take you to all the pages/posts associated with my web project. The presentation makes use of tons of my favorite music, movie clips, photographs, and quotations. There are links in everywhere which take you other ancillary pages. This project is a good representation of who I am, my personality, where I come from, the people in my life, and where I am going.
Enjoy.
